Booking Policy

At Naya Botanic Luxe, we believe in providing luxury and convenience—delivered to your door. To ensure a seamless and fair experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies:

Early Morning Fee

Appointments scheduled between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will incur a $200 early morning surcharge. We value your time and energy and aim to accommodate your schedule while respecting our stylists' wellness.

After-Hours Fee

Evening appointments requested between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM are subject to an after-hours fee of $125–$150, based on availability and stylist demand.

Travel & Out-of-Area Fee

For clients outside the greater Miami area, a $150 travel fee applies.
Out-of-town bookings (beyond a standard travel radius or requiring overnight travel) are subject to a full-day rate and must be pre-negotiated directly before booking.

House Call & Hotel Visits

For hotel visits, valet parking must be covered by the client.
If the location is more than 45 minutes outside of Miami, an additional $60 long-distance fee will apply.
Holiday bookings may also be subject to additional charges.
